A website built to be read by AI and booked from by humans

Fast, clean sites built to be read by AI and booked from by humans, not a pretty brochure that does neither. Every page answers a real question a customer is actually asking, wired with the schema and llms.txt file AI search engines look for, on a site fast enough that people don't bounce before it loads.

  • A site that loads fast and books jobs
  • Every page answers a real question
  • Schema + llms.txt built in from day one

Why the build matters
A brochure won't cut it

Slow, image-heavy sites get skipped by customers and AI crawlers alike. Structure has to come first.

Built to be quoted

Every page is written to answer one real question plainly enough that an AI model can lift it straight into an answer.

Feeds AI visibility

A readable, fast site is step one of our AI visibility method. Everything else builds on it.

What you get

Every build includes the same core, whether it's a five-page site or a full rebuild.

01

Speed built in

Clean code and optimized images. No bloated page-builder scripts slowing down the page a customer is trying to book from.

02

A page per question

Pricing, service area, hours, "do you take X". Each real question your customers ask gets its own clear, direct answer.

03

Schema & llms.txt

LocalBusiness and Service schema, plus an llms.txt file that tells AI crawlers exactly who you are and what you do.

How the build works

4 steps
01

Look at what's there now

We check your current site, or lack of one, against the free scan: speed, structure, whether AI can even read it.

02

Map the real questions

We list out what customers actually ask you on the phone, then plan a page for each one, not generic filler copy.

03

Build & wire it up

Clean semantic pages, schema markup, llms.txt, and a booking path that's obvious on every screen size.

04

Launch & keep it fast

We publish, monitor speed and uptime, and keep adding answer pages as new questions come up.

Part of the bigger system

A fast, readable website is step one. Pair it with local proof and the full AI visibility method to be the business AI actually names.

Questions people ask us

A readable site uses real semantic headings and plain text instead of hiding key facts inside images, sliders, or embedded PDFs. It states your business type, service area, and pricing range in text an AI crawler can parse, and it carries schema markup and an llms.txt file that spell out who you are in a format AI tools are built to read.

Not always. If your current site is reasonably fast and built on something we can edit properly, we fix the structure and add the pages that answer real questions. If it's a slow page-builder site that hides its content, rebuilding is usually the more direct path. The free scan tells us which one you are.

It depends on how many pages you need and how much of the content already exists. A five-page site and a full multi-location rebuild aren't the same job. We give you a specific timeline once we've scoped your site, not a generic promise before we've looked at it.

A fast, structured, readable site is the foundation, but it's one part of a larger method. AI engines also weigh local proof: reviews, listings, and mentions that agree about who you are. The website makes you readable; local SEO and AI visibility work make you named.
